The location of the hotel is ideal, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy a nice walk to the nearest tube station, which takes around 15-20 minutes. the rooms are clean and well-stocked, providing a comfortable stay. Despite being located near a busy roundabout and Heathrow flight path, the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel also offers parking for a reasonable fee.
The customer service at the Thyme restaurant needs improvement, with some guests experiencing poor service and lack of organization.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste.
The parking fee of £10 was an inconvenience, especially since it wasn't clear how to exit the car park the next day. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the meals were inconsistent, with missing items and mistakes in orders.
